An SOS Call is a one-on-one online session of 45 minutes in which we solve a specific problem in your Shopify webshop together. This can be about technical issues, settings, optimizations or other questions you encounter.
You book your call first and pay afterwards. After the session you will receive an invoice, so that you can be helped immediately without any worries.
We do our best to finish everything within the session. If it takes more time, we discuss the options together. Sometimes a second call is enough, and for larger adjustments we look at what is needed.
